Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of Liber 1.8 DOHC (GM EW) B vehicle.

On May 3, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) parked a vehicle in the following parts of the YUUUU in Busan, the captain of the vessel of Busan, in order to provide meals to the said vehicle’s auxiliary seat on May 3, 2014; (b) completed meals at around 16:29 on the same day; (c) returned the vehicle to the place where the vehicle is parked; and (d) the Defendant was seated on the seat of the vehicle and tried to stop away from the vehicle.

As above, the place where the defendant parked a vehicle is a slope in the direction of the front side (seaside) and where the vehicle proceeds about five meters in the front side, the vehicle is a place in danger of falling into the sea, and in such a case, the defendant has a duty of care to confirm the vehicle's speed system, steering gear, speed failure, etc., and to properly operate it.

Nevertheless, at around 16:30 on May 3, 2014, the Defendant did not check the location of the speed change system directly and directly on his car, and it was thought that it was not possible for the Defendant to have operated the location in the back (R) state, even though he was operated in a neutral (N) in the middle (P) by depending on ordinary damp habitss or scams, and that he was not aware of the operation of the location in the back (R) state, and that the Defendant, other than the Defendant, carried a vehicle at approximately five meters away from the sea at the place where the slope was installed by undergoing the speed scam scam, carried the vehicle at a place where the slope was installed, thereby getting the vehicle in which the passengers other than the Defendant, other than the Defendant, carried the vehicle at a volume of about five meters at the sea at the back of the back of the air at the place where the slope was installed.
