A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Violation of Information and Communications Network, etc.) shall intrude on an information network without access

On February 1, 2019, at around 14:43:34, the Defendant connected the Defendant’s cell phone (SM-G930 K type) to the Defendant’s cell phone (SM-G930K type) in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and then, the Defendant entered “G” and password, which are the victim D’s employees number, and accessed the information and communications network without access authority, by accessing the victim’s above site without access authority, from February 1, 2019 to February 9, 2019, in the same manner as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form No. 1, and accessing another’s account in total nine times in the same manner as the list of crimes (1).

B. On February 12, 2019, at around 12:15:37, the Defendant connected the Defendant’s cell phone (SM-G930K type) from the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu to the above C. The Defendant entered “L” and the password, which are the victim I’s membership number, and accessed the victim’s above site without access authority, and infringed on the information and communications network without access authority, by accessing the other party’s account under the same method as the attached crime list (2) from February 12, 2019 to February 15, 2019, in total four times in the same manner as the other party’s account, and accessing the information and communications network without access authority.

2. Fraud by using computers, etc.;

A. On February 1, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim D, as described in paragraph 1(a) from the Frona located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, shall have access to the victim D’s account without any access authority and shall be owned by the victim.
