Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer any medium access to electronic financial transactions;

On August 10, 2015, the Defendants received a text message to the effect that the Defendants would give KRW 300,000 to Defendant A’s mobile phone if they sent the e-mail card to Defendant A’s mobile phone, and then sent the e-mail card connected to the e-mail account in the name of Defendant A to the e-mail, and then conspired to withdraw the e-mail damage amount to be deposited into the said account and use it for entertainment expenses, etc. by the Defendants.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to transfer the electronic financial transaction access media.

2. Aiding fraud;

A. On August 13, 2015, on the part of the victim C, who was known through a country while Internet NAVB around August 13, 2015, concluded that “The victim would sell the main body of a medium-sized computer for KRW 6.50,00.”

B. On August 13, 2015, on the part of the victim F, who was known through the Internet NNA and became aware of the country, the name-free person made a false statement that “I will sell NP-3176 cases in KRW 290,000” to the victim F.

However, even if the person under whose name the victim was not the victim F receives money from the victim F, he shall send the case to the victim F.
