Details of the disposition
The Plaintiffs are owners who own each share in the share of ownership indicated in the “building Number” column in paragraph (2) among the buildings indicated in paragraph (1) of the “Real Estate Indication” attached to attached Form 2, located on the land of Busan Shipping Daegu 300m2m2 (hereinafter “instant land”).
On May 13, 2009, the Defendant issued a public announcement on May 13, 2009 on the designation of the urban environmental improvement zone B containing the content of designating the area of 14,750 square meters in Busan Shipping Daegu E, as an urban environmental improvement zone, including the instant land as D’s announcement on May 13, 2009. On December 10, 2014, the Defendant issued a public announcement on the change of the improvement zone to reduce the urban environmental improvement zone B to the area of 13,477 square meters in Busan G.
On June 14, 2018, the Defendant, including the instant land A announced by Busan Metropolitan City, increased the rearrangement zone to 14,603 square meters in Busan G G, and, according to the entire amendment of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, changed the name of the zone from “urban Environment Improvement Project” to “B redevelopment improvement zone” from “B redevelopment improvement zone” to “B redevelopment improvement zone” (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
On the other hand, on September 7, 2017, Plaintiff H submitted to the head of the Busan Coast Guard a written petition on behalf of the owner of the instant land and each of the instant buildings on behalf of the owner of the instant building and the right to consent to the alteration of the rearrangement zone around May 2017.
