Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a new franchise XG car.
On June 30, 2017, the Defendant, at around 02:00, continued to run a parking lot after 103 YUUR 204-22, Sejong-ro, Sejong-ro.
Since the accident site is an apartment road, and the parked vehicle is concentrated, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to conduct the vehicle after checking the front door and the left and right of the vehicle.
Nevertheless, while driving a vehicle at the same place, the Defendant’s front part of the Done Star Sheet car owned by C, which was parked in that place, was shocked by the front part of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle, and continued to proceed in the future, the front part of the E-owned FM6 vehicle was shocked by the front part of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle, and due to the shock, the above SM6 passenger vehicle was pushed down on the right side, and the front part of the HH driver’s vehicle owned by G with the front part, which was owned by G, was shocked by the Defendant.
