1. The Defendant’s KRW 377,023,865 as well as 5% per annum from October 30, 2009 to February 12, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 1, 1987, the Plaintiff and the Defendant (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on December 1, 1987, and jointly succeeded to the deceased’s property, D(6/28 shares), his spouse, and children, E (1/28 shares), South F (6/28 shares), tea G (4/28 shares), 3 women I (1/28 shares, 4 women’sJ (1/28 shares, marriage, 1/28 shares), 5 women, Defendant (4/28 shares, and Plaintiff 3 South (4/28 shares), 3 women’s children, 4 women’sJ (1/28 shares, marriage, 1/28 shares, and 4/28 shares).

B.1) Among the deceased’s inherited property, the registration of ownership transfer was made on July 4, 1988 with respect to the deceased’s heir, including the Plaintiff and the Defendant, on the ground of inheritance on December 1, 1987, on the two-story stores of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K 392.4m2, L 124m2 and its ground brick slock slock slocks, respectively. On September 6, 1988, on the part of the deceased’s heir, the ownership transfer registration was made on September 1, 1987. On September 6, 1988, the share of 1/28 of the above real estate owned by E was made to J, the remaining share of 2.5/28m28m2 to J, the share of 4/28m28m28 of the G was transferred to M, and the Plaintiff and the Defendant sold the shares owned by H 1/29m29, respectively, to the Plaintiff and the Defendant 29/29.

(3) On February 25, 1998, the Plaintiff and the Defendant newly constructed a multi-family house with two floors of brick sloping sloping roof on the ground of K, and completed a registration of preservation of ownership as to each one-half portion of the above buildings on the ground of K’s land and multi-family multi-family house (hereinafter “instant house”), and “the instant store” and “the instant land and its above-ground store” and “the instant real estate” collectively consisting of both the above housing and its stores.
