Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On May 1, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on September 23, 2008, and 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Daegu District Court on January 25, 201, 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court on April 13, 2012, 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for a larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on April 25, 2013, 4 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a larceny attempted at the Busan District Court on April 25, 2013, and one year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Changwon District Court on October 30, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 09:00 on March 6, 2015, the Defendant habitually stolen the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 2,671,00 in total and KRW 16 times during the period from May 6, 2015, as indicated in the list of crimes in the separate sheet, after intrusion into the E-house operated by the victim D in Busan Northern-gu, Busan, via the entrance door at the bar, and then leaving 50,000 won in cash on the part of the victim’s owner of the shock.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On April 7, 2015, at around 17:03, the Defendant purchased KRW 243,000 of the market price from “G” located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the owner of the business, and acquired pecuniary profits by settling accounts with one’s modern card owned by the Defendant, as shown in No. 4 of the list of crimes in paragraph (1), and by presenting the said card as if the Defendant was I, and signing a letter of credit card sales slip No. 243,000 won, and by deceiving H to pay KRW 243,000,000, the Defendant acquired pecuniary profits.
B. On May 6, 2015, the Defendant purchased one gold-half of the amount equivalent to KRW 485,000 at the market price from the victim L, a business owner, in the Busan J, from May 16, 201, at the Busan J around 16:04, and made a list of crimes under paragraph (1).
