A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who sells female clothes, etc. through the Internet shopping mall(B).

When it is intended to export, import or return goods, the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, shall be reported to the head of a customs office.

Nevertheless, around May 30, 2014, the Defendant carried 8 points, such as raw spons, etc. of Korean women's clothes, and 33,10 won of the cost of goods, which are goods sold in the above "B" Internet shopping mall via the Kimpo Airport Customs Office, as a unique shipment, and imported without filing a declaration with the customs collector by pretending that they are goods for self-use, and submitting only the customs clearance list as if they were goods, from that time until April 22, 2018, the Defendant imported them, without filing a declaration with the customs collector, from that time, until April 22, 2018, the amount of KRW 1,650 for Korean women's clothes, among goods sold in the Internet shopping mall, as shown in the separate crime list, and KRW 35,142,063 of the cost of goods, as a unique shipment in the above way.
