Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2013, at around 00:45, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers, such as: (a) the slope E (the age of 39) belonging to the Gwangju Police Station D District Unit of Gwangju Police Station, which was dispatched after receiving a report of violence at C in front of Gwangju City, and (b) the police officers arrested G as a flagrant offender suspected of obstruction of performance of official duties and take them into the patrol vehicle; and (c) the police officers, “I am out of the police of the Republic of Korea, I am out of it, I am out of the Korean police station, I am out of it, and I am out of the patrol vehicle.”
