A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim by assault.

On June 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) at around 00:35, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.070% from the 10km section from the front of the F-dong Ground Parking Lot of Incheon Jung-gu, Incheon to the front road of the D Parking lot D, Jung-gu, Incheon.
