A and Defendant B are foreigners of Russian nationality.

1. On September 15, 2016, Defendant A, at around 22:30 on September 15, 2016, at the table installed in front of the entrance of “E convenience store” in E-si, Leecheon-si, Defendant F (the 34 years of age) suffering from a short horse with B while drinking alcohol together with B was committed an indecent act by reporting that Defendant F (the 34 years of age) enters the said convenience store.

In front of the above table, when the victim waits for out of the table, and the victim gets a convenience store and gets a side of the defendant, the defendant gets a knife of the victim's knife with the victim's bucks, and bucks off the victim's knife with the victim's bucks, and bucks down one time below the victim's bucks.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서 A로부터 “방금 편의점에 들어간 여자가 나오면 가슴을 만지겠다.”라는 말을 듣고, 그 장면을 촬영하기 위하여 소지하고 있던 휴대전화기의 동영상 촬영 기능을 켠 뒤, A가 제1항 기재와 같이 짧은 치마를 입고 걸어가고 있던 피해자의 다리 사이로 손을 집어넣어 허벅지를 만지는 장면을 동영상으로 촬영하였다.
