A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is close to the neighbors by living in the neighborhood for about 10 years between the victim B (nive, 49 years of age), C (51) and C (51 years of age), and the victims are those who operate fishing goods sales store in the name of “E” in Tong Young-si D with the husband and wife, and the victim F (27 years of age) is the children of the victim B and C.

1. Damage to property;

A. On August 21, 2018, at around 13:20 on August 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) removed, from the above sales store, two, the Defendant: (b) around August 21, 2018, the victim C fright to drink the Defendant’s assault; and (c) at the time of fishing, the victim C frighted the Defendant’s assault and damaged the victim C’s property by removing two, in his/her hand, one shock net in an amount equivalent to KRW 80,000 at the market price installed at the entrance of the State; and (d) one, the market price of KRW 100,000

B. On August 23, 2018, the Defendant, at the above sales store around 22:40 on August 23, 2018, destroyed the property owned by C by the victim by exposing the Defendant’s mother about the assault case of the Defendant prior to the molding. However, the Defendant, at the above sales store around 22:40 on August 23, 2018, 120,000 the market price of the Plaintiff’s property was damaged by shouldering one of the entrance doors of the Plaintiff’s 120,000 won.

2. A special injury: (a) around 13:20 on August 21, 2018, the Defendant set up a defense against the Defendant’s assault at the main room of the above sales store; (b) made the victim’s knife of the knife (200cm length) that is a dangerous object at which the Defendant had a knife and knife of the knife, and threatened the victim C with a knife with a knife and a knife with the knife of the knife; and (b) made the victim’s knife with the intent of cutting the knife and attempting to cut the knife the knife with C, the Defendant puted the knife at approximately 3, 4,

3.
