The instant lawsuit is dismissed.

Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by C which is represented by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. Party D is the head of G, 27 years old, ECF, and C and the Defendant, expressed as the Plaintiff’s representative, are all descendants of G.

B. The details of the registration of each of the instant lands were divided into 5,104 square meters of H forest in Sejong Special Self-Governing City, Sejong Special Self-Governing City on June 12, 2015 (3,893 square meters of H forest in Sejong Special Self-Governing City, 3,893 square meters of I forest, 363 square meters of J forest, and 848 square meters of J forest. On December 1, 2017, the said H forest 3,893 square meters was subdivided into 3,529 square meters of H forest and 364 square meters of K forest, respectively.

Each land after the final subdivision was indicated only on Ri and Subdivision), L prior to L, 962 square meters (hereinafter “L”) and 1809 square meters (hereinafter “M land,” and each land in the instant case was owned by the network D with respect to each of the instant land, “F and H land, L land, I land, I land, J land, and K land all turning on.”

2) On September 14, 1971, the network D completed the registration of the transfer of shares on September 14, 1971 with respect to each of the shares listed in the attached inheritance shares in N,O, P, Q, R, Q, R, T, U,V, W, X,Y, Y (hereinafter “N, etc.”), the Defendant, AA, and AB on March 14, 2018, as to each share in the attached inheritance shares in M’s land.

3) On March 14, 2018, the Defendant completed the registration of the transfer of shares on the ground of donation on March 12, 2018 with respect to each share indicated in the inheritance share table of H land, L land, and K land, and completed the registration of the transfer of shares on the ground of donation on March 12, 2018. On January 22, 2019, H land and L land, with respect to each share in the name AAA as stated in the inheritance share table of the attached inheritance share, the Defendant completed the registration of the transfer of shares on January 17, 2019. On May 24, 2018, with respect to each share in the attached inheritance share of M land, including N, as stated in the inheritance share table, on May 11, 2018.

4) On April 21, 2017, the Sejong Special Self-Governing City completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on the land I and J land on February 28, 2017, for land expropriation, and on April 9, 2018, the agreement on the shares in the Defendant’s name among K land on April 5, 2018.
