The instant lawsuit is dismissed.

Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by B who is represented by the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. R in the status of the parties is the 27th grandchildren of S, and both B and the Defendants indicated as the representative of the Plaintiff are the latter.

B. On September 14, 1971, the Defendants, the bereaved families of the network, died on September 14, 1971, and completed the registration of the transfer of shares made on September 14, 1971 due to the inheritance of one’s own property on September 14, 1971 with respect to each of the shares listed in the separate sheet No. 2 in the separate sheet No. 3 attached hereto, among each land listed in the separate sheet No. 3 attached hereto.
