A, B, D, E, F, G, and I shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,00,000, Defendant K and M shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,00,000,00, Defendant C and J.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 12, 2012, Defendant A: (a) sent 130,000 won to T (130,000 won to T (the age of 13) who is a child or juvenile, introduced through Internet hosting in the impergic sterary room near Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Busan-do; and (b) to T (the age of 13) with a female and a single sexual intercourse.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

2. Around January 7, 2013, Defendant B sent KRW 130,00 to U (M, 16 years of age) a child or juvenile, who was introduced through Internet hosting in a room not opened to a hotel in the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do. Around January 7, 2013, Defendant B provided a single sexual intercourse with his/her female.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

3. On December 14, 2012, at around 20:00, Defendant C sent 110,000 won to U (M, 16 years of age) a child or juvenile who was placed on the Internet hosting on a vehicle parked in the Bluan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do (hereinafter referred to as the “Cluan-dong”) and provided a single sexual intercourse with his/her female.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

4. On January 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent 130,000 won to U (M, 16 years of age) who was introduced through Internet hostings in the area of Woo-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. Woo-gu, Seoul-gu, and had sexual intercourse once with his/her female.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

5. On January 11, 2013, Defendant E sent KRW 130,00 to U (M, 16 years of age) who was introduced through Internet hosting in a room of X-gu, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S.-gu, X-gu, U.S.-gu, U.S. 130,000 and provided a single sexual intercourse.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

6. Around January 13, 2013, Defendant F sent 130,000 won to U (M, 16 years of age) who was introduced through Internet hosting in the vicinity of the Taecheon River Station located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Busan-do., and one time of sexual intercourse with his/her female.

Accordingly, the defendant's act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.
