Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On September 17, 2012, from around 21:35, to around 02:57 the following day, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the Bupyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-U.S. Mutual Down-gu parking lot; (b) up to 150,000 won for youth F (n, 15 years of age) who became aware of the Internet hosting site’s “stoke” and provided a single sexual intercourse.

B. On September 20, 2012, the Defendant sent 100,000 won to the said F in a room near the said G, in a room near the said G, and had sexual intercourse once.

C. On October 5, 2012, the Defendant sent 100,000 won to the above F in the room of the “I” Moel room near the said G at the time of vision. D.

On October 15, 2012, from around 08:00 to 09:00 on the same day, the Defendant promised the above F to take 100,000 won at his own dwelling in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to take part in the sexual intercourse once.

As a result, all the defendants have engaged in buying sex of juveniles four times.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 10, 2012, around 23:30 on September 10, 2012, the Defendant sent 100,000 won to F (n, 15 years of age) a juvenile who became aware of through the Internet hosting site’s “stoke seat,” and provided a single sexual intercourse.

B. On September 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around September 21, 2012, in an influence room near the above G G, the Defendant sent 100,000 won to the said F; and (b) had sexual intercourse once.

As a result, all the defendants have engaged in buying sex of juveniles twice.

3. On September 19, 2012, Defendant C sent 100,000 won to F (n, 15 years of age) who was aware of through the Internet hosting site’s “stoke,” and provided sexual intercourse once with Defendant C, in a mutually incompeting room near the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu G.

Accordingly, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing juvenile sex.
