Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration certificate.

On August 21, 2019, at around 07:50, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration certificate, presenting the completion of the F’s resident registration certificate as if the Defendant was his/her own resident registration certificate, and presented it to request the presentation of his/her resident registration certificate from the head of the police station affiliated with the Seoul Mine Police Station D District E, which was dispatched to the site after reporting 112.
