If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around April 18, 2013, when the victim D (here, 50 years of age) who was in Jeju-si, was living with the former husband of the Defendant; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “pather to die with the victim” in order to say that the victim would return the said house to the victim; (c) received a report from the victim, the police continued to arrive in the said house; and (d) the victim got the victim into the front door and entered the ward, and assaulted the victim by putting the victim’s her hand on one hand.
