A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obtained the physical card from the Plaintiff’s D Bank’s 1.5 million won by inserting the 1.5 million won to pay the fee from the Defendant’s “B” singing room that the Defendant works as an employee; and (b) obtained the said D Bank’s cash withdrawal machine at the D Bank’s cash withdrawal machine installed at the said D Bank’s convenience store; and (c) withdrawn the said 300,000 won from the D Bank’s 1.5 million won by inserting the amount of the withdrawal; (d) obtained the 1.5 million won from the D Bank’s 1.5 million won and 1.5 million won and 1.5 million won of the remainder of the 1.5 million won and 1.5 million won of the 3 million won and 3 million won of the d Bank’s d Bank’s d bank’s d bank’s d bank’s d bank account.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits by inputting information without authority into the data processor, such as computer, and embezzled the victim's property.

2. Around 11:00 on December 28, 2019, the Defendant embezzled the Defendant’s 700,000 won of cash with the victim F, “G” stores operated by the victim F, who was an employee, with the victim’s 70,000 won in cash located in the Kabter U.S. from the victim to three customers in his/her own name, and he/she embezzled the Defendant with the said 70,000 won with the victim’s own discretion by using the crebs outside by the victim.

3. Occupational embezzlement;

A. A. Around January 2020, the Defendant, from January 2020 to February 2020, 2020, was engaged in the duties of receiving and keeping the price, such as the drinking value, etc., from the victim I operated by the victim I from around 1, 2020 to the first police officer of the Republic of Korea Kim Jong-do as an employee.

On February 1, 2020, the Defendant used 40,000 won in cash in the main place and 8,330,000 won in cash received from customers on February 1, 202 for the rest that the Defendant had no victim while on his duty.
