1. Embezzlement;
A. On March 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) worked as an employee in the Esing room in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building underground; (b) opened a physical card with the Defendant’s request to withdraw KRW 500,000 in cash from the victim F who is the customer; (c) withdrawn KRW 500,000 in cash from the said card from the cash payment machine installed at the H convenience store in the said G; and (d) embezzled the said card without returning it to the victim.
B. On April 9, 2017, at around 00:19, the Defendant, while working as an employee at the J branch of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu I, was able to withdraw 4.50,000 won in cash from K, the customer, with the request from K, and withdrawn 4.50,000 won in cash from the cash payment machine installed at the above L’s M convenience store, and embezzled it without returning it to the victim.

On May 5, 2017, at around 01:0, the Defendant: (a) worked as an employee at “Psing room”, a main point for the operation of the victim’sO located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, and (b) embezzled KRW 2.50,00 in cash from the customer under the pretext of the drinking value; and (c) embezzled without delivering it to the victim.
2. Computer and other fraudulent means;
A. On March 27, 2017, around 21:27, the Defendant, at the closing-ro branch of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, 1 KSB, 42, KEB, and Han Bank, as set forth in paragraph 1(a), deposited the e-mail card at the request of F to withdraw KRW 500,000 in cash from F, such as paragraph 1(a), and withdrawn the e-mail card at the cash payment period managed by Hana Bank, Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., which is established at the said branch, and withdrawn KRW 5 million.
Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 5 million won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.
B. On April 9, 2017, the Defendant withdrawn 450,000 won in cash from K, such as paragraph 1-b, from the M convenience store located in Incheon Gyeyang-gu L on April 9, 2017.
