1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) connected AD, a private gambling site, using a computer installed in Busan Shipping Daegu, to D; (b) deposited KRW 200,00 with the bank account (10540265070) designated by the above site operator as the gambling fund deposit account; (c) deposited KRW 200,00 in the corresponding game money; (d) deposited the betting amount on the left or right-hand side of the bridge in the above site; and (e) received dividends, the Defendant paid the betting amount and received dividends to the operator of the above website in total from 80,000,000,000 won as stated in the attached Form from around September, 200 to September, 200; and (e) deposited the above Internet website as the total amount of money to be paid to the operator; and (e) deposited KRW 40,000,000,000 from the above Internet site as stated in the attached list.
