The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is that the reasoning for this case is the same as that for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is intended to accept this as it is in accordance with the main text of Article 42

Therefore, the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the defendant's counterclaim are justified within the scope of each recognition, and each of the remaining claims is dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed as it is so decided as per Disposition.
