1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. Since the Plaintiff purchased B 61m2 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) on October 15, 1996, the Plaintiff is a joint right holder of 14/18 of the instant real estate.
B. On June 15, 2012, the Defendant, along with the instant real estate, planned to implement an urban development project at the Do and Dongwon of Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do, and Ddong, and designated a land substitution plan pursuant to Article 29 of the former Urban Development Act (amended by Act No. 14480, Dec. 27, 2016; hereinafter “Urban Development Act”) and a land substitution plan pursuant to Article 35 of the same Act, and publicly announced the following.

1. Project name: E urban development project;
2. The above path: C money in the Gun, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do.
3. Implementation area: 864m295m2;
4. Implementation method: Replotting.
5. Operators: The Gun Industrial Complex; and
6. Project period: Authorization of execution plan or date of land substitution disposition; and
7. Omission of reference matters)
C. In order to determine the liquidation amount under Article 41 of the Urban Development Act, the Defendant: (a) selected two appraisal corporations [a certified public appraisal corporation which has been a company in charge of the settlement of disputes, a company in charge of the settlement of disputes, and a company in charge of the settlement of disputes arising from the settlement of disputes arising from the settlement of disputes arising from the settlement of disputes arising from the settlement of disputes arising from the settlement of disputes arising therefrom;
On September 20, 2016, the defendant publicly announced the following disposition of replotting for E urban development projects:

5. Project period: From October 28, 201 to September 20, 2016, project costs: KRW 165,75 million;
7. Date of replotting disposition: The current status of land before and after rearrangement on September 20, 2016 and methods of implementing a land use plan after rearrangement: The method of replotting.

E. On September 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) Article 40 of the Urban Development Act and Article 66 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act to the Plaintiff, etc.
