1. The Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation shall share 436.934/69300 square meters to Defendant B, among the 693 square meters in Yongsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Korea National Housing Corporation (the Defendant Corporation was established by merger with the Korea Land Corporation on October 1, 2009; hereinafter the “Defendant Corporation”) concluded a contract to sell No. 16 (D4-16, J. 693 square meters of land in Yongsan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu; hereinafter the “instant land”). On September 24, 2004, the Korea National Housing Corporation (the “Defendant Corporation”) entered into a contract to sell a lot of land development project in the Nandong-gu, Busan-gu, Seoul-gu, which was located in the area of the said housing site development project.

B. After doing so, K, Defendant B, C, D, E, and F (hereinafter “K”) entered into a contract on succession of rights and duties with the content of changing the name of the buyer in the name of the Defendant Corporation, the Entertainment Company, and the instant land from the Entertainment to theO. On December 19, 2005, K, C, D, E, and F (hereinafter “K”) succeeded to all rights and duties under the said contract for sale in lots from the O with the consent of the Defendant Corporation.

C. K, etc. newly constructed a commercial building in the name of “P” on the instant land (hereinafter “P”). On November 24, 2006, K, Defendant F, respectively, 20.8/100 shares in the instant commercial building; Defendant B, shares of 8.4/100 shares; Defendant C, and D, shares of 16.66/100 shares; Defendant C, and Defendant E completed each registration of initial ownership.
