around November 19, 2015, the Defendant entered into a sales contract with the victim E through employees D at the office of the 4th hotel sales agency in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and received 1,000,000,000 won as the virtual contract deposit in the same day from the victim, and received 1,00,000,000 won from the credit card company in the name of the Defendant from the credit card company in the name of the 20th hotel sales company in the name of the 3th hotel sales company, and received 1,00,00,000 won in the account from the 20th hotel sales company in the name of the 3th hotel sales company in the name of the 3th hotel sales company in the name of the 3th hotel sales company in the name of the 30th hotel sales company, and embezzled 1,00,000 won in the name of the 30th hotel sales company in the name of the 15th hotel sales company in the name of 10,5010.
