A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around April 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the Defendant located in Asan-si; (b) the fact does not have the intent or ability to sell 11 bonds on the land (such as Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the victim C-do; (c) the Defendant requested the victim to obtain an additional loan of KRW 200 million with a fenced land; (d) the Defendant would sell 11 bonds in sequence by means of selling another house with a rent for sale; and (e) selling another house with a rent for sale. The distribution of profits is defective in dividing the amount calculated as KRW 600,000 per square meter of the land by the victim; and (e) the Defendant used the funds necessary for the foregoing business and subsequently returned the loan. On April 22, 2015, the Defendant acquired the above land from the victim to obtain an additional loan of KRW 3100,000,000 from the victim, and (e) obtained the remainder of the construction price by means of the personal loan.
