Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is composed of 9 units of 690 units and completed on August 2010, the rehabilitation administrator (the rehabilitation procedure was commenced on April 30, 2010) of the Namyang Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”) of the Namyang apartment (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”). The development of the Defendant Co., Ltd started on April 30, 2010. The incidental civil engineering works of the apartment of this case, Defendant Seo Nam Construction Co., Ltd., Defendant Seocheon Construction Co., Ltd., Defendant Seocheon Construction Co., Ltd., the waterproof Construction Co., Ltd., Defendant Seocheon Construction Co., Ltd., Ltd., the building of the apartment of this case; the building of the apartment of this case; the building of the building of this case; the building of the building of the building of this case; the building of the building of the household of the

Around August 10, 2010, the Plaintiff Company entered into a contract for defect liability guarantee with respect to the instant apartment (the guarantee creditor was changed to the council of defect liability as the council of defect liability was constituted in the instant apartment), the warranty period and the warranty period from August 20, 201 to August 19, 201, the guaranteed amount of 1,15,23,497 won, and the guaranteed amount of 924,186,798 won, including the guaranteed amount of 924,620,93,990 won, until August 19, 2012, and the guaranteed amount of 1,15,23,497 won, until August 19, 2013.
C. The Defendant Specialized Construction Mutual Aid Association concluded each contract for warranty liability with the Plaintiff as the secured creditor as set out below.
