A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. B is the master of the coastwise Line C(9.77 tons), D is the master of the coastwise Line E(4.97 tons) at the same time, and the defendant is the crew of the above C, F, and G, respectively.

The Defendant, along with B, D, F, and G, conspiredd to intrude into the controlled protection zones in the Jinhae Military Base Port located in the Jinhae-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and capture electric language.

A person who intends to enter a controlled protection zone which is a naval base zone or capture marine animals and plants in a controlled protection zone shall obtain permission from the commander of the jurisdictional unit, etc. (including a commander of the jurisdictional unit) in advance

Nevertheless, at around 00:10 on September 28, 201, the Defendant and B, D, F, and G conspired with the commander of the jurisdictional unit, etc., captured a total of 300 km over five occasions in total by five times from October 20 of the same year, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, in a total of five times, including the following: (a) the Defendant and B, F, and G intruded into the sea of the Jinhae Sea Base Control and Protection Zone, which is located within the Jinhae Sea Base Control and Protection Zone by using the above C and E, Changwon-si, 0.4 Ma, Changwon-dong, Jin-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, 00-dong

On September 8, 201, the Defendant was offered a proposal to the effect that “The Defendant is engaged in fishing at the naval base” from B on the top of the package of the trade name in the Mapo-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si. However, if the control is conducted, he would make a statement to the investigation agency as if he is the captain of C, and make a statement to the investigation agency as if he is the captain of C. Accordingly, whenever it is controlled five times in total as indicated in the annexed crime list, he/she claims that he/she is the captain of C, and prepared a written statement to the effect that he/she is the captain of C. On November 8, 2011, he/she was present at the investigation and the office of the Common Sea Police Station of the United Kingdom, and was investigated as the captain of a “severed” as it was controlled five times as above.

Accordingly, the Defendant had a person who committed a crime subject to a fine or heavier punishment escape as above.
