Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, B, and C’s co-principal activities are the master of the costal cabnet fishing vessel F (9.77 tons) at the time of transit, Defendant C is the master of the costal cabnet fishing vessel G (4.97 tons) at the time of transit, and H is the crew of the above F, Defendant A, and Party B.

The above Defendants conspired with the captain I of the above F and the crew of the F, as well as with H of the said F, to intrude into the controlled protection area in the Jinhae Naval Base Port located in the Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and capture electric language.

A person who intends to enter a controlled protection zone which is a naval base zone or capture marine animals and plants in a controlled protection zone shall obtain permission from the commander of the jurisdictional unit, etc. (including a commander of the jurisdictional unit) in advance

Nevertheless, around 00:10 on September 28, 201, the Defendants, I, and H captured a total of 300 km over five occasions in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, by not later than October 20:30 of the same year, by following the following methods: around 00:10 on September 28, 201, in collusion with the commander of the jurisdictional unit of the jurisdictional unit, and by intrusion into the sea of the Jinhae-do, Jinhae-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, 0.4 Ma, which is within the control and protection zone of the Jinhae-do military base by using the aforesaid F and G.
