Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B is a person who operates the business of manufacturing fish processed food, such as c, in the trade name of “C,” from the premises of ideology-gu Busan, and Defendant A is a person who works as a regular business from the above C, and supervises the process of manufacturing fish processed food, such as c.
Defendant
A No person shall make a false indication of the origin of fishery products or make an indication that may cause confusion with it.
Nevertheless, from March 20, 2018 to May 28, 2018, the Defendant produced approximately 2,155km processed fishery products in the name of “E” in the product name using the above C factory, used Chinese shot language as materials, and indicated the origin of domestic shot language as “E” in the product name of KRW 30,00 per kilogram, KRW 64,650,00 in total, and KRW 1,648.2kg (sale price of KRW 40,00 in total, KRW 65,928,00 in the sale price of KRW 40,00 per kilogram, and KRW 65,928,00 in the package of the product.
B. Defendant B, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, committed a violation of paragraph (1) of this Article in relation to Defendant B’s duties.
2. The Defendant C Co., Ltd. at the place of business of “C Co., Ltd.” is a company that manufactures processed fish, such as spawn, etc., from the Busan Summer-gu G, and Defendant A is a person who manages the manufacturing process of processed fish, such as spawn, while working as a regular business at Defendant C Co., Ltd.

Nevertheless, from March 20, 2018 to May 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) made the product name “F” using the aforementioned C factory; and (b) the domestic radioactive food as materials; and (c) approximately KRW 1,488km sales price of KRW 40,00 per kg; and (d) the sales price of KRW 59,520.
