Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a director of D, an incorporated association for the purpose of C’s research projects, academic events, and seminars, intended to receive subsidies from Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in promoting “F” projects as part of E’s globalization projects.

In order to receive the above local subsidy, the amount of self-payment equivalent to 50% of the total project cost (hereinafter referred to as "self-payment") shall be met, and the defendant was able to borrow money from others and make a false copy of the passbook and receive the local subsidy by using it as a result of lack of self-payment.

On September 27, 2012, the Defendant lent KRW 50 million to the subsidy exclusive account opened in the name of Do, Jeju-do, Jeju-ro 95 Jeju-do, Jeju-do, Jeju-do, to Jeju-do, and deposited KRW 50 million from Do, Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-ro Do-do-

The Defendant, around October 9, 2012, filed an application with the Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for the grant of KRW 50 million under the pretext of “F business subsidies” in the Jeju-si Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (Seoul Special Self-Governing Province)’s cultural policy office, and even though there was no intention or ability to obtain self-charges, submitted a copy of the deposit passbook, etc. in the above false manner as if he/she had prepared KRW 50 million under the pretext of “F business subsidies,” and he/she was pretended to have received KRW 50 million under the pretext of subsidies from the victim through the public official in charge I on October 12, 2012 through the public official I.
