A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 1, 2014, in order to receive the F-related subsidy scheduled to be held by E, the Defendant filed an application for the grant of KRW 237 million with the Chungcheongbuk-do Governor, but the public official in charge of G in charge requested that the subsidized project operator receive the grant of the subsidy under the relevant provisions be equipped with KRW 24 million, which is required to be supplemented on the ground that the requirements have not been met.

When it is difficult for the Defendant to raise KRW 24 million due to the lack of financial capacity of E, the Defendant, upon request from the Ha who was aware of the demand for the above supplementation, deposited KRW 24 million into the account in the name of E, and caused the application for the subsidy to pretend that he had prepared KRW 24 million,000,000,000, and attempted to receive the subsidy by deceiving the Cheongbuk-do Governor by immediately returning it.

around September 4, 2014, the Defendant provided that “I shall prepare a self-paid charge to receive F event-related subsidies, and shall pay 24 million won immediately if I lend 24 million won to I.
