Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant B, around September 6, 2012, proposed that the shares of M Co., Ltd. The above proposal was submitted by the name-based bond company, who received stocks as security, to the M's majority shareholder and the representative director, and sold the stocks as security due to the decline in the stock price.
