Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and for ten months.
However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic) committed commercial sex acts by providing the F with a single sexual relationship with the female F of sexual traffic at the Eel in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 01:19, and by providing F with KRW 1.20,000 in return for commercial sex acts.
B. On January 8, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., purchase of sex), committed an act of purchasing the sex of a child or juvenile by having sexual intercourse with F, a juvenile (n.e., 16 years of age), one time with F, and 120,000 won in return for sexual traffic, at a mother, where the trade name in the Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul, is unknown.
(2) On January 2016, from around March 2016 to March 2016, the Defendant: (a) locked with the youth F (n, 16 years of age) in the Helel located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) kid the body of F, such as the f’s chest and f’s chest, and f, or made F, her finger with the Defendant’s sexual organ by hand or f; and (c) f, paid KRW 100,000 to F to purchase child and her sexual organ.
(3) The Defendant, from January 2016 to March 2016, 2016, kiddd together with the above HMoel, with the juvenile F (the age of 16) and met F’s body, such as the chest, f’s chest, sound, etc., or F’s finger with the Defendant’s sexual organ by hand or in his/her entrance, and, in return, f had F purchase the sex of children and juveniles by paying KRW 100,000 to F.
(4) On January 2016, from around March 2016 to March 2016, the Defendant diversed with F (the age of 16) juveniles at the above HMoel with F (the age of 16), and diversed F’s body, such as the chest, f’s chest, and f’s body with his/her hand or her entrance, or caused F to devotion the Defendant’s sexual organ with his/her hand or her entrance, etc., and, in return, provided F with KRW 100,000 to purchase the sex of children and juveniles.
As a result, the defendant had four times of buying sex of children and juveniles.
