A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The seized evidence 1 (one cell phone) shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On April 15:00 on the date of April 2012, the Defendant promised to engage in sexual traffic with juvenile D (nive, 15 years of age) through “C,” which is an Internet hosting site, and then, around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant had the said D perform the similar intercourse with the Defendant’s sexual organ in the FranTG vehicle owned by the Defendant and provided the said D with one million won for the purchase of child and juvenile sex by providing it to the said D in return.

B. At around 15:00 on May 25, 2012, the Defendant promised to engage in commercial sex acts with “C”, which is a Internet hosting site, and then, around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant had the above E perform a similar behavior that lacks the Defendant’s sexual organ, and provided the above E with 3.20,000 won in return for the promise to engage in commercial sex acts.

C. At around 16:30 on May 30, 2012, the Defendant provided 320,000 won and 320,000 won to the above E in return for doing the above E and once sexual intercourse at the “H” conference located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G.

On June 13, 2012, around 16:30 on June 13, 2012, the Defendant provided 300,000 won and 300,000 won to the above E in return for the act of sexual intercourse with the above E in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

E. At around 14:00 on June 26, 2012, the Defendant promised to engage in sexual intercourse with “C”, which is an Internet hosting site, and then provided the said I and once sexual intercourse at “H” telecom located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day at around 15:40 on the same day, and provided the said I with KRW 200,000 in return for doing so.

F. On July 18, 2012, the Defendant posted the Internet around 16:00.
