A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

A victim shall be entitled to KRW 00,000,000 (D)'s cashier's checks issued by seized foreign exchange banks.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Chuncheon District Court on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months; (b) the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months in the same court on September 6, 2012 due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and (c) the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 14, 2012 and conclusive on September 14, 2012.

1. Larceny;

A. At around 08:00 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened the clothes 200,000 won in the victim G or the sloping room located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) stolen the Defendant’s personal information, one of which contains one resident registration certificate; (c) one of the Korean physical card; and (d) one of the market prices, one of which is the victim’s possession.

B. At around 21:00 on January 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a victim I’s clothes room in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; and (b) cut off the victim’s unclaimed market price, which includes KRW 200,000 in cash and one new card.

C. At the end of January 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a victim’s K’s clothes room in Seocho-gu Seoul, the Defendant stolen the Defendant, holding one driver’s license; (b) one resident registration certificate; and (c) one corporate bankBC card.

At around 14:00 on November 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened the clothes of the non-victimed victim using the auxiliary key in Mashack-si L, Chuncheon; and (b) stolen them with a copy of 10,000 won check located in the wall.

E. At around 14:00 on November 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim N’s clothes room in Chuncheon City L with auxiliary key; and (b) stolen the Defendant with a total of KRW 80,000,000,000, KRW 1,000,000, KRW 80,000,000, KRW 1,000,000, KRW 3,000,00,000.
