1. Of the judgment of the first instance, it is against Defendant D Co., Ltd. by the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties listed in the attached Table 2D 1.

The reasoning for this part of the reasoning is as follows, and the corresponding part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the corresponding part of the reasoning of the judgment. Thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

From 5th to 12th of the first instance judgment, the 5th of the first instance judgment shall be followed as follows:

C) Defendant B provided Defendant E with card customer information without converting it to Defendant E, and Defendant E’s employees stored the said card customer information on the computer for business purposes, and then used the said card customer information by sharing the storage spores. Up to the 14th through 6th page 2 in the judgment of the first instance, the following was followed. A) While Defendant BH center performed the FD development work, F became aware that the files can be stored by linking USB domains due to the lack of security program installation on the business computer used by it while Defendant BH center was performing the FD development work.

B) Around February 2013, F copied card customer information stored at Defendant BH center on its own business-based computer without a security program. Around February 2013, F sent out personal information of approximately KRW 53,780,000, which was arbitrarily brought into the said computer, to the above computer, and copied the disclosed information at one’s own home. Around April 2013, F copied the information stored at the above computer to his own external hard disc. Defendant E’s employees stored the card information on the business-based computer and used it by sharing the stored information with the storeer, and F was installed in the above service-based online card and used it by sharing the stored information on the business-based website. Then, F was installed on June 6, 2012 in the above service-based website.
