On June 21, 2017, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a B B B-in car on the road located in the same Eup/Myeon located in the Crossing-gun located in the upper part of the Crossing-gun, 0.172% of alcohol content while under the influence of alcohol at around 21:10 on June 21, 2017.
