A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates B cargo vehicles.

1. On January 2, 2016, the Defendant driven the said cargo without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 300 meters from the front of the intersection in the upper part of the Gangseo-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the crossing-gun, which is located in the same Eup/Myeon, from the front of the intersection in the same 31st place, to the front of the restaurant of the 300-meter crossing.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

The Defendant operated the foregoing cargo vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, as stated in Paragraph 1.

1. The observation of protection and the order to provide community service and attend lectures, Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, and Article 59 of the Act on the Observation, etc. of Protection;
