A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On August 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered and stolen the 30cm length of the market price on the front of the entrance, at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D on August 23, 2017, around 21:00, on August 23, 2017, at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (E) in Thai City; (b) around August 24, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 03:00 on August 24, 2017, which was parked at the same place (hereinafter referred to as “O3:00 on August 24, 2017”); (c) brought about a theft of the victim’s non-solid, such as the victim’s 1-A.

On August 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed around 05:25 to 05:38 on August 24, 2017, and around 05:25 to 05:38 on the same day on August 24, 2017, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim who was under influence of alcohol on the victim Furged at 2-ro 8, 05:38 on the same day, with one driver’s license; (b) one driver’s license; (c) two copies of the Nonghyup C Card; (d) one copy of the Agricultural Credit Card; and (e) one copy of the new bank’s market price of approximately KRW 700,000,00.

2. Around August 24, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) discovered a JP car owned by the victim I, which was parked in G at the front of the Hemototy located in Thai City in Thai City, from around 01:52, with a view to having the victim discovered the JP car in front of the Hemototy located in Thai City, and stolen things located in the said car; and (b) opened a door using a 30cc metal, as described in paragraph 1-A, and colors the vehicle, but did not have any stolen articles.

3. Fraud;

A. On August 24, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on August 24, 2017: (a) around 05:39, on August 24, 2017, purchased 1 A of Maart “Efafafafafafaf fafafafafafafafafafafafafafaf fafa

F F's cream card which was stolen, such as described in the paragraph, was presented to the victim as his own act.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and thereby is 4,500 won at the market price from the victim.
