1. Larceny;

A. The Defendant: (a) around 08:00 on May 24, 2017, at the E gas station office operated by the victim D in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on May 24, 2017; and (b) at the cash office owned by the victim and the credit card of the Nonghyup Bank, the employees who were on duty together worked at the oil station in the above office were in possession of the victim’s cash located in the above office at the oil station.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

B. At around 07:00 on June 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at G Bana or husium located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) at the victim H, stick the key to the clothes and put in a bath by sticking it into the bathing room; (c) at the gallon of S7 mobile phone 1, the victim’s market price in the clothes room, which is equivalent to KRW 900,00,00, 1, 55,000, 1, 1, 1, 1, 250,000, 250,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 30,000,000, 350,000 in the market price; (d) the Defendant carried out a gallon, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, and one, one, and one resident registration certificate of the new bank.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property amounting to KRW 1,685,00 in the market price owned by the victim.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On May 24, 2017, around 23:19, the Defendant, at the key point of the operation of the victim’s name in Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, was issued a delivery of alcoholic beverages worth KRW 100,000 at the market price from a person who may know of the fact that he/she had the right to use the said credit card, despite the absence of a legitimate right to use the stolen credit card, as set forth in paragraph 1.

In addition, from May 24, 2017 to May 25, 2017, the Defendant received goods equivalent to KRW 5,200,000 from around May 24, 2017 or received services, and acquired property benefits and used stolen credit cards.

B. The Defendant at around 07:44 on June 23, 2017, at the convenience store for the use of the victim’s name and non-brupted box in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu.
