When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2014, at around 02:40, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km car from the front side of the literature district located in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon, to the front side of the Emstren City located in the Nam-gu, Seogu, Incheon, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.139% of alcohol content.
