A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 4038"
1. On June 4, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) opened a door of a victim C-owned vehicle parked on the street in front of Busan Metropolitan City, and followed the inside of the vehicle, but did not have any stolen goods.
2. On June 4, 2017, from around 21:56 to around 21:58 on the same day, the Defendant opened a door of a vehicle E owned by the victim C, which was parked in the same place as the above paragraph 1, and stolen the gap by using 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the vehicle, two copies of cultural gift certificates equivalent to 10,000 won in the market value, one credit card, and one cash card.

1. Larceny;
A. On May 19, 2017, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door that was parked in “G” located in “G” located in “G” located in “G” located in Busan Metropolitan City, and brought cash of KRW 44,00 and KRW 18km in the market price at the hand room located in the vehicle. (b) On May 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a string door that was parked in the front of “K” located in “K” located in the jurisdiction of Busan Metropolitan City around 10:00; (b) was stolen; (c) the Defendant was in the vehicle.
The amount equivalent to 18,00 won of 18,000 won was stolen by 40.

On May 25, 2017, at around 11:10, the Defendant opened a even auxiliary door that was parked in front of a “O” restaurant located N in Busan Metropolitan City, as of May 25, 2017, Q vehicles owned by the Victim P and was in the vehicle.
In 6,200 won, one transportation card was stolen.
2. On May 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened an unrecovered front of the victim T’s “S” restaurant located in Sinsan-si around 11:00, and attempted to steal money and valuables on the vehicle; (b) however, at that time, the Defendant was aware of it to the owner of the S cafeteria, who was scovering and attempted to flee.
