A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one month of imprisonment with prison labor and eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at Seoul Southern District Court on May 18, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at Seoul Southern Prison on December 13, 2017.
1. On January 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of the warehouse operated by the victim D, the Defendant: (b) opened a rocketing car in front of the warehouse; and (c) removed a string and air string in a total amount of KRW 2,200,000 in the market value of the victim’s possession; (d) continued to open a door that was parked on the side of the string vehicle and open a door that was parked on the part of the string vehicle, and cut off the victim’s property by removing the string string 1,00,000 won in total at the market value of the string vehicle owned by the victim.
2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On February 8, 2018, at around 05:10, the Defendant: (a) went into the front of the H-vehicle, Inc., the victim’s Hacheon-si, G in Mapocheon-si, which was managed by G, with the fence installed therein; (b) went into the front of the H-vehicle; and (c) opened a door of a vehicle on the model that was parked therein; and (d) removed a studio, instrument board, and audio device from the market price of the victim, which is owned by the victim; and (d) stolen the victim’s property by intrusion into the structure that is managed by the victim at night.
B. On March 2, 2018, at around 01:00, the Defendant entered the H scrapped place in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph, and entered the vehicle into the vehicle that was parked therein, and then enter the 8,880,00 won in total of the market price of the victim H owned by the Defendant, thereby impairing the structure that is managed by the victim at night by removing one stamper, air-conditioninger, air-conditioninger, air-conditioninger, air-conditioninger, instrument plate, amper, amper, and ample.
