Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to enlistment in active duty service with a religious organization B.

On July 5, 2013, the Defendant received the notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi-do regional military manpower office, to enlist from his female in the Army Training Center located in the Gani-ei-Eup, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si around August 19, 2013, from his mother’s house, during the period of Ansan-si.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not enlist in the military without justifiable grounds until August 22, 2013 after three days from the date of enlistment.
