Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to enlistment in active duty service with the new religious organization B.

On October 23, 2013, the Defendant received a written notice of enlistment in active duty service under the name of the director of the Incheon Gyeonggi-do regional military manpower office to enlist in the B, 201 Dong 204 (D apartment), and on December 16, 2013, the Defendant failed to enlist, without justifiable grounds, until December 19, 2013, for which three days have passed from the date of enlistment.
