A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2018, around 07:41, the Defendant taken photographs of the body of victims, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame on 123 occasions in total, from the time on June 21, 2019, by inserting cell phones with a camera function in Seoul, under the part of the victim, who is a woman with no name, the Defendant’s cell phone with a camera function in the name of the Defendant, as well as taking screen pictures of the body of victims who could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation over 123 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
