At around 22:20 on February 18, 2019, the Defendant taken 360 times from January 2, 2017 to February 18, 2019 as indicated in the attached list of crimes, the Defendant, on the platform operated as an internal control area in Seoul subway Line 7 of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, by using mobile phone camera functions, taken the flag of the victim D (the age of 21) who was suffering from a short flamera using mobile camera functions as a video screen, and taken the flamer of the victims from January 2, 2017 to February 18, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, etc. against their will.
