A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At night, at around 04:00 on December 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim C’s “DPC” operated by Gangnam-si (Seoul); (b) upon wearing her mother and scke with a face for the purpose of theft of property; (c) attempted to open a simplified safe managed by the victim C; (d) continued to be locked; and (e) kept the PC lost items managed by the victim C under the Kabter; and (e) brought the victim’s name and non-owned possession of the PC; and (e) brought the victim’s name and non-owned personal check card; (e) one half of 150,000 won in the market value containing the victim’s cash 8,000 won in possession of the victim; (e) one half of 150,000 won in cash, Samsung Credit Card Co., Ltd.; and (e) one half of the theft column in the market value of the Kabter.

2. Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 04:34 December 17, 2019, the Defendant: (b) presented E’s physical PC card that was stolen from the “IPC bank” operated by the victim H in Gangseo-si G as if he was his card; (c) had the victim pay PC 14,000 won; and (d) had the victim pay PC 16 times in total from that time until August 18:42 of the same month, the Defendant used the stolen credit card and PC card.

3. On December 17, 2019, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around 18:16, 2019, presented F’s Samsung Credit Card, which was stolen, as set forth in paragraph (1), to the victim’s name in the name of the victim working at the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheong-gu, as one of his card, and had the victim settle KRW 1,900, which was then refused approval due to the theft report, at least four times in total, from that time, from that time to December 31, 19 of the same month.
