Punishment of the crime

1. 2. The Defendant committed the crime against the victimO at around 06:53, Sept. 22, 2018, at the first floor “ QPC room” on the P apartment store underground in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, in order to have a room equivalent to 30,000 won in the market price where the key to the victim’s seat was placed in the seat during the use of the computer, and the OTP card, etc. were included.
